CRASH
To allow for uninterrupted experience you need to have a stable internet connecting and use a modern web-browser. Follow these simple steps:
- Turn off or disable all streaming software (that includes streaming your desktop in Skype/Discord and OBS).
- Be warned, that unstable or slow internet connection may cause frontend to display irrelevant multiplier.
- Use auto-take feature to reduce high-ping impact.
- If you are not using auto-take feature you risk losing your sum because of slow internet connection.
- Update your browser to the latest version.
- Close other high-resource demanding tabs (like downloading/uploading files or online games) as that affects website performance.
We are not refunding any assets that were lost because of issues on your side but if you think the issue was on our side — please contact us.
Warning: if you will try to confuse or lie to a support agent you risk having your account banned.
Any of the following issues:
- "I havent made this play!"
- "It lagged and I lost!"
- etc.
...happen because your internet connection is slow or/and unstable.
Our Provably Fair system is based on the concept of the "third party" randomizer, which means that we are not the ones who actually generate crash multipliers.
We have partnered with Random.ORG to assure you, that we are not playing with the numbers in our favor.
Our backend works as follows:
- We make a request to Random.ORG to generate 2 random numbers in range from 0 to 1.000.000.000. We receive a request signature which uniquely identifies it on Random.ORG and display it under the crash chart (you need to hover over the icon near "Fairness").
- The secondNumber is what determines the final multiplier at which the round crashes (for more details, see the formula below).
- At the end of the round, you can check the integrity of the signature and the generated numbers by clicking on the "Validate" button that appears.
const secondNumber = random(1, 1000000000)
const multiplier = 1000000000 / secondNumber

Site reserves the right to set limits on the max size of skins in a round ($200) and the maximum amount of winnings in a single round ($2000) per player.
These restrictions are introduced for the stable operation of the site and are the consequence of the use of a random number generator in the basis of fair play. By playing on the site, you accept these conditions.
Changes to your limits can be discussed with the site support on an individual basis.
Crash Plus is a part of a BattlePass Premium benefits.
To summarize its differences to a regular Crash game here is a list of a few key points:
- It has a very small chance of it crashing on x1.00
- For this reason it does not allow you to put bonus skins
CASES
Our Provably Fair system is based on the concept of the "third party" randomizer, which means that we are not the ones who actually generate upgrade multipliers.
We have partnered with Random.ORG to assure you, that we are not playing with the numbers in our favor.
Our backend works as follows:
- When you open a case we make a request to Random.ORG to generate 1 random ticket number in range from 1 to 999.999. You can instantly verify the request time and generated value on Random.ORG by clicking "Verify" under the skin roulette on the left corner.
- The ticket Random.ORG generates for us determines which item the roulette is going to land on.
- For this to happen the ticket has to fall between two values (also called tickets) shown under each skin in the list below the roulette if you click "Drop Odds" button on the right corner under it.
- The approximate chance is shown right above the range mentioned above. It is calculated for a given skin using the formula below:
const totalTickets = ticketsTo - ticketsFrom
const chance = totalTickets / 1000000
totalTickets for each skin is generated by an algorithm unique to each case. But you can always inspect totalTickets and chance for each skin before opening the case.

MINES
Mines is a single-player game played on a 5×5 grid (25 cells).
- You pick how many mines (from 1 to 24) are hidden in the field.
- You open cells one by one — each safe cell increases your multiplier.
- You can cash out at any moment to take your current multiplier × bet.
- Hit a mine — you lose your bet.
The more mines you pick, the higher the multiplier grows on every successful step — and the higher the risk.
The multiplier depends on two things:
- The number of mines you placed on the field.
- The number of safe cells you have already opened.
Each safe cell you open increases your multiplier. The growth curve is steeper when there are more mines on the field — because every safe pick is statistically less likely.
You can preview the full multiplier table for the current mines count before starting a round.
While a round is active, the Claim button is available in the controller.
- Pressing Claim ends the round and credits your current multiplier × bet to your balance.
- You must open at least one safe cell before you can claim.
- If you hit a mine — the round ends instantly and the bet is lost.
Mines Plus is a part of the BattlePass Premium benefits.
Key differences compared to regular Mines:
- Better multipliers across all mines counts.
- Available only while your BattlePass Premium is active.
- Bonus skins cannot be used in Mines Plus.
The room is selected automatically based on your BattlePass status.
Your round is stored on the server, not in your browser.
- If you reload the page or come back later, the active round will be restored automatically with all opened cells and the current multiplier.
- Mines do not auto-trigger — the round stays paused until you act.
- You can either keep opening cells or press Claim.
If something looks off after reconnecting, contact support and provide your round ID.
Yes, bonus skins can be used in regular Mines and count toward your bonus skin wager requirement.
- Each round you play with a bonus skin reduces the remaining games needed to unlock it for withdrawal.
- You can check the remaining games by hovering over the bonus skin in your inventory.
- Bonus skins are not allowed in Mines Plus.

Our Provably Fair system is based on the concept of the "third party" randomizer, which means that we are not the ones who actually generate mine positions.
We have partnered with Random.ORG to assure you, that we are not playing with the numbers in our favor.
Our backend works as follows:
- When you create a round we make a request to Random.ORG to generate a sequence of 25 unique numbers from 1 to 25 — this represents the order of all cells.
- The first N numbers of the sequence become the mineCells, where N is the number of mines you picked for the round.
- We receive a request signature which uniquely identifies it on Random.ORG and display it above the field (you need to hover over the icon near "Fairness").
const sequence = randomArray(1, 25)
const mineCells = sequence.slice(0, minesCount)
So you lose the round whenever you open a cell that is in mineCells.
At the end of the round, you can check the integrity of the signature and the generated numbers by clicking on the "Validate" button that appears.
